SHI Client Center
The Stockton-Hill Insurance Client Center is our online customer service portal. Sign in to handle common requests yourself—any time, without waiting on hold.
What you can do in Client Center
- Make a payment — Use Make Payments to pay your insurance bill online.
- Get an ID card — Download or view proof of insurance (auto ID cards).
- Request a policy change — Use Request for Change for updates such as a new driver, vehicle, address, or other coverage changes. An agent reviews every request.
- Request a certificate of insurance — Use Get Certificates for a COI. For special wording or complex business certificates, call us.
Many clients also pay or manage accounts through their insurance company’s own website. Find your company on our Partners page.
