We have been with Stockton Hill for several years now, as have my parents. I have never experienced customer service at this level before, especially from an insurance company. Every person I have ever spoken with is beyond friendly and would jump over the moon to help us. The few times we have had to do claims, they have made it impossibly easy. Today, I called needing a copy of my policy. I called at 3:39PM, was on the phone with them for 36 seconds and had my policy in my email by 3:40PM. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Truly phenomenal customer service. I would recommend them over and over. Five stars, 10/10, two thumbs up, etc.
